<h2>Major Duties &amp; Responsibilities:</h2>

<li>Seek out and formalize partnerships with the objective of increasing Open Screenplay&rsquo;s user base and awareness including universities, colleges, industry organizations, online groups, and forums.</li>
<li>Lead the sales efforts of all of Open Screenplay&rsquo;s services towards small, medium, and large businesses, including but not limited to branded short film contests</li>
<li>Present Open Screenplay&rsquo;s services to various organizations including business, universities/colleges, industry organizations, online groups/forums, with the objective increasing Open Screenplay&rsquo;s revenue and user base</li>
<li>Independently research, seek-out, and obtain leads and appointments</li>
<li>Set aggressive revenue and user growth targets</li>
<li>Engage with industry and&nbsp;grass roots&nbsp;organizations to build Open Screenplay&rsquo;s awareness and increase user base</li>
<li>Lead site presentations, negotiations, contract development and account business reviews with key stakeholders</li>
<li>Identify, approach, and sign potential sponsors for Open Screenplay&nbsp;contests</li>
<li>Recommend strategies to continuously strengthen Open Screenplay&rsquo;s competitive edge</li>
<li>Provide required status reporting and updates to&nbsp;senior&nbsp;leadership team</li>
<li>Negotiate partner relationships and contracts</li>
<li>Adjusts content of sales presentations by studying the client and their requirements</li>
<li>Seek out and identify new revenue opportunities with existing and prospective partners</li>
<li>Remain current on industry, client and competitive trends and directions in order to aid in identifying new business challenges and opportunities</li>
</ul>
<h2>Job Qualifications &amp; Requirements:</h2>
<ul class="dashed">
<li>Minimum 5 years of sales experience as a sales representative</li>
<li>Experience in&nbsp;marketing&nbsp;industry, brand and/or agency business development a huge plus</li>
<li>Excellent knowledge of MS Office</li>
<li>Familiarity with CRM practices along with&nbsp;ability&nbsp;to build productive business professional relationships</li>
<li>Highly self-motivated, independent and target driven with a proven track record in sales</li>
<li>Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills</li>
<li>Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills</li>
<li>Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs</li>
<li>Relationship management skills and openness to feedback</li>
<li>BS/BA degree or equivalent</li>
<li>Passion towards screenwriters, film, television and storytelling</li>
