IMPORTANT RESTRICTIONS:

1. Must be written wholly and entirely on the Open Screenplay platform.
2. AI Use: Only Open Screenplay's native AI tool, Rawi intelligent writing assistant, is permitted. Use of other AI tools in submissions may result in disqualification from the contest.
3. No previously produced material or adaptations. The Short Film must be a new, original, unproduced work.
4. No excessive CGI (computer effects)
5. No remote or difficult-to-reach locations, or federal or private attractions like the Statue of Liberty, Mt. Rushmore, the Empire State Building, the CN Tower, the Eiffel Tower, famous museums, etc.
6. No explicit sexual content
7. No using of trademarks that belong to other people or companies
8. No use of existing characters, songs, logos, brands, etc.
