You represent that any submissions by you are original and do not infringe upon, misappropriate or violate the rights of any third parties, including, without limitation, any intellectual property rights, rights of publicity or privacy or any other proprietary rights.

You agree to exclusively license the copyright in each winning submission  to Open Screenplay for the purpose of Open Screenplay producing any number of film productions based upon the respective winning submission  and any respective screenplay(s) developed from it,  in consideration for an aggregate license fee/cash award of $500 USD for the overall winning submission, $100 USD for submissions chosen under each of the following categories: Youth Prize, Healthcare Prize, and Teacher Prize, to be paid by Open Screenplay, and you further agree to irrevocably waive your respective moral rights in respect of the winning  Story Concept in favor of Open Screenplay and its successors, assigns and licensees.

Open Screenplay reserves the right to make edits to the final winning story concept to help with readability, clarity, or producing issues.
