You represent that any  submissions by you are original and do not infringe upon, misappropriate or violate the rights of any third parties, including, without limitation, any intellectual property rights, rights of publicity or privacy or any other proprietary rights.

You agree to exclusively license the copyright in each winning story concept to Open Screenplay for the purpose of Open Screenplay possibly producing a any number of productions based upon the respective winning submission and any respective screenplay(s) developed from it in consideration for an aggregate license fee/cash award of USD $1,000 for the First Place Prize winner, USD $500 for @nd Place Prize winner, and USD  $250 submisison placing 3,  and you further agree to irrevocably waive your respective moral rights in respect of the winning  Story Concept in favor of Open Screenplay and its successors, assigns and licensees.

Open Screenplay reserves the right to make edits to the final winning submission to help with viability, appeal, clarity, or producing issues.
