You represent that any screenplay submissions, and produced film/video based on said screenplay by you are original and do not infringe upon, misappropriate or violate the rights of any third parties, including, without limitation, any intellectual property rights, rights of publicity or privacy or any other proprietary rights.

You agree to exclusively license the copyright in each produced film/video to Open Screenplay in consideration for an aggregate license fee/cash award of $1,000 USD, and you further agree to irrevocably waive your respective moral rights in respect of the winning film/video in favor of Open Screenplay and its successors, assigns and licensees.

Open Screenplay reserves the right to make edits to the final winning screenplay to help with readability, clarity, or producing issues.
