REQUIREMENTS:

Topic:  This is an open topic contest.  Writers may write in any genre or subject matter of their choice, but are required to adhere to the format of TV Series Pilot

Duration: The TV Pilot must have a run time of 30 minutes or less, based on 1 page per minute. 

Rating: Abide by a “R” (or younger) rating.  For clarification as to the various ratings, consult the MPAA guidelines:

Narrative: Fiction only, no documentaries or experimental screenplays will be eligible.

Language: screenplay must be written in English.  

Maximum number of submissions:  Unlimited You may enter the contest with as many screenplays as you’d like. However, only completed screenplays will be considered.

You must be an active Member of Open Screenplay to participate in this contest.  Only Open Screenplay Members whose membership is active and in good standing at the date of completion of the contest judging will be eligible for prizes. Users whose membership is not active at the date of completion of contest judging, will be deemed ineligible for the contest.
