Theme: The theme takes place in Early 2000 Los angles Summer time right in Hollywood on Santa Monica where Thunder Boy lives and also malibu where this Russian mob lives but most of Thunder Boy jobs Take place downtown LA and north Hollywood locations this is the era of a new era 1999 trip pants leather tops n color hair n lots of coffee and alternative rock .
