Partnering with Open Screenplay to host a screenwriting contest on the topic of mental health was an incredibly rewarding experience. We promoted a more open dialogue around mental health and we received powerful stories from a diverse range of writers. We also obtained insightful quantitative and qualitative contest data that helped us better understand the context within which we operate. Finally, the collaboration was also an engaging, unique, and enjoyable teambuilding exercise.

I don't think I've ever seen another contest like this where some criteria is given and it's in the contestants hand to bring it to life. Winning a contest is one thing, but to secure a job from it is really next level. I don't think there's another platform out there that can claim a direct hand for that step.
